X-treme Fitness is a comprehensive total-body training program is for those looking to explode through a fitness plateau and reach new heights! We will integrate free weights, body weight, plyometrics, high intensity interval training, heavy ropes, kettlebells, speed and agility, and more!!! If you are up for it-we are going to have fun!

Schedule:
- 2-5 days a week
- 30 -60 minutes a day
