What aspect of your training did you enjoy the most?

I liked that it was always fun. Even during the hard work, it was fun. It was never that obligatory, boring, 30 minute-excercise routine. It was always different and fun. I looked forward to it (most days).

What results did you notice?

What I really hoped for was to have less headaches and to lessen the pain medication and muscle relaxers I was taking. The biggest results for me were many days with no headaches and I am sleeping (mostly) all nights with no muscle relaxers and pain medication.

Did you have any expectations that were not met?

I didn't really know what to expect. I had some visions of biggest-loser-style puking in the backyard and I was really happy that never happened.

What could have made your experience even better?

hmmm.   Maybe a 30 minute coffee break. lol

On a scale of 1 to 10, how satisfied were you with your training? What would it have taken to be higher?

I thought it was great. I appreciated your willingness to start early and to come to my house. I liked that you're really encouraging and never made a federal case out of stuff. It's very cool that you listened to what was going on with me and you would take that into consideration when you were planning that days workout.   I'd rate the overall experience as a 9. It would have been a 10, but, hey we never had coffe breaks.

"I am Giovanni,  I met Dave on a golf course, and learned he was a personal trainer.  Well I have had many in my years, Dave is the most hands on, and innovative.  He outlined a schedule for my goals, and we stick to it.  If you want results see him now, you will really like the way you feel!
feeling stronger, balanced and more powerful!? - erika_rayne-m?
As a professional golfer, I am constantly looking for areas that I can improve on to get better. Realizing the importance of physical fitness and its role in performing on the course, I started working out on a more rigid regimen (running, cycling, resistance training) at the beginning of the year. July I started training with David Rutkoski and I am excited with the improvements in my fitness level. At the start of my training, it was almost impossible to balance one-legged on a bosu ball; now I am at the level were I can balance doing single leg touchdowns. We have been consistently working on core stability, endurance and strength training which has noticeably improved my balance and increased my power and strength. I'm excited to see what I can accomplish as I continue to work with David. Whether you're looking to improve your over all health and fitness or, as an athlete, take your fitness to the next level, contact David Rutkoski!

Oh, WOW!  Is my reaction to working out with David. He studied my capabilities the first time training together, and has designed a personal training program just for me. It?s not the standard routine you get with other trainers, of sit ups and weight lifting.  My program with David is so different.  I am doing things I?ve never done before ? like dynamic balance training on a Bosu ball, using kettlebells, physioballs, and medicine balls in addition to other traditional training methods. My first few times were a joke, I was all over the place, but David had me progress every week and now I am doing moves I never thought possible!  He actually has gotten me to jump up onto a box (I swore I would never be able to do that). I?m working my body like I?ve never done before. It?s actually exciting working out with David, no kidding! Every workout is different and most importantly, it?s progressive.

Now I know the importance of ?core training? and I feel different and so much stronger and stable. What a difference core and stability training makes! The training David puts me through compliments my kickboxing, even my longtime kick boxing trainer has noticed how much stronger I am, and how my techniques have improved!

Let me also mention that I have lost inches. I am definitely getting the results I was looking for and then some! I thank David after every workout, that?s how much I enjoy it.

 Feeling Better!? - lety15?
As a Massage Therapist, my job requires strength and endurance. As I've been getting older it has taken it's toll on me. I started training with Dave, within a few weeks I noticed an improvement in my strength and endurance (so did my clients!). I truly hate Dave while we are working out, but I feel so good after our workout! It's been a few months, and the constant pain I had on my left side is gone. What really surprised me was the Foam Roll techniques Dave has taught me. As a therapist I understand the importance of massage-with the foam roll I am able to get many of the same benefits of massage on my own, so cool! I highly recommend Dave to anyone wishing to improve how they look & feel. Thanks Dave!
