What aspect of your training did you enjoy the most?
I liked that it was always fun. Even during the hard work, it was fun. It was never that obligatory, boring, 30 minute-excercise routine. It was always different and fun. I looked forward to it (most days).
What results did you notice?
What I really hoped for was to have less headaches and to lessen the pain medication and muscle relaxers I was taking. The biggest results for me were many days with no headaches and I am sleeping (mostly) all nights with no muscle relaxers and pain medication.
Did you have any expectations that were not met?
I didn't really know what to expect. I had some visions of biggest-loser-style puking in the backyard and I was really happy that never happened.
What could have made your experience even better?
hmmm. Maybe a 30 minute coffee break. lol
On a scale of 1 to 10, how satisfied were you with your training? What would it have taken to be higher?
I thought it was great. I appreciated your willingness to start early and to come to my house. I liked that you're really encouraging and never made a federal case out of stuff. It's very cool that you listened to what was going on with me and you would take that into consideration when you were planning that days workout. I'd rate the overall experience as a 9. It would have been a 10, but, hey we never had coffe breaks.
