The 1 arm deadlift is such an important move to master both young and old.  It teaches you how to generate power using the powerful glute muscles and not to use your back.  It also is a very big move and has a tremendous metabolic effect on your body!  Form and funtion-great for your butt and your life!
Giovanni is performing the lift off of a small step-he will progress to the floor but it was important that we start out here.  Notice how the weight moves much quicker when he gets his hips pushed forward!
