I hate calling this a boot camp! It is metabolic resistance training done outdoors!  There's no yelling or screaming...it's fun and time really flies! You will get a complete total body workout, burning calories, getting stronger, building endurance, and having a blast!

No two work outs are exactly the same.

Cost is only $10 per session pay as you go!

Typical workouts include:

-Dynamic Warm up

-Workout Stations (rotations with timed intervals)

usually 8-10 moves alternating between upper and lower body and/or strength and cardio

-surprises now and then

A Boot Camp is a great addition to your fitness routine.  A good boot camp should not just be fun and challenging, it needs to have a purpose and follow a systematic plan.  Otherwise it is just another workout. My boot camp is designed around NASM's Optimal Performance Training model and always includes

The intensity is controlled by you-even though we might have a beginner and a very fit person in the same group they both will get a fantastic workout because they are able to give different intensities and apply advanced progressions.  Cost is only $10 per session.  Camp is held Tuesday and Friday 9:15 am Email me to rsvp
